Anti-Static Mat for ESD Sensitive Environments

Conforms to BS IEC 61340-5-1

A two layer rubber with a dissipative top and a conductive backing. 

A dual layer static dissipative rubber mat providing a highly durable work surface for ESD sensitive environments. The dissipative top layer is resistant to abrasion, heat, solders, flux and the most commonly used solvents. The black conductive bottom layer provides a high quality and consistent ground path. The material meets the requirements of EN61340-5-1 and US ESD Associations ANSI S4.1 and S20.20 guidelines and is also certified for ROHS regulations. The smooth texture facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.

Construction/Material Overall thickness: Synthetic rubber - Two layer, static dissipative top surface; Black conductive bottom layer 2mm (0.076 inches) (supplied as standard with surface and base layer both 1mm; other options available as special order)
Colour options: Grey, Blue, Beige, Green (variation possible between batches)
Shore Hardness: as per ASTM D2240 75 +/-5º Shore A
Heat resistance: Undamaged by iron and solder temperature 260º C
Chemical resistance: IPA, Acetone or common solvents will not produce discolouration
UV resistance: No discolouration or fading effect
Charge Decay: < 0.1 sec per FTMS 101C, M4046
Charge generation: < 100 volts per ANSI/ ESD STM4.2
Stud force: 6 kgs/ 59cm (Recommended)
Roll sizes: Standard rolls 10m x 1.2m (1.4 m or 60cms roll width and cut mats - special order)
