FKM Rubber Sheeting

Fluorocarbon (FKM Rubber Sheeting)

The Rubber Company supply commercial FKM rubber sheeting as an alternative to genuine Viton® rubber. FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) is a high performance material with excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, chemicals and high temperatures.

Fluoroelastomer rubber sheeting is widely used in the automotive industry where bio-diesel is transported. We can supply FKM rubber sheeting in rolls, sheet and convert to gaskets & strip.

Despite FKM sheeting having high resistance to hydrocarbons, oils, acids and chemicals, it cannot be used where resistance to ketones is required.

  • Outstanding resistance to hydrocarbons and chemicals
  • Excellent high temperature usage (grade up to +300°C)
  • Excellent Ozone resistance
  • Impermeable to gases
  • Excellent resistance to acids

Please see genuine Viton® FKM rubber sheeting here as an alternative.
