Our silicone rubber cords are the perfect product for use in a variety of high temperature gasket and sealing applications. A key feature of our silicone rubber cords is the products broad temperature range. Our cords are able to withstand temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as 200°C. Certain rubber compounds can become brittle in sub-zero temperatures which can greatly reduce the life expectancy of the product. Our silicone cords are able to remain flexible which ensures you get excellent sealing properties in almost any environment.

We manufacture our silicone rubber cords to tight tolerances, which ensures that our cord always matches the size you order. This enables our cords to provide superior sealing properties in applications which require it.

Our silicone cords are fully FDA 177.2600 compliant, as well as meeting EC 1935/2004, Bfr, WRAS and KTW standards.
