The Rubber Company can manufacture bespoke, sponge rubber gaskets to exact specifications. We offer a diverse selection of material compounds as well as grades to suit virtually any application. We manufacture our sponge rubber gaskets from the same, high quality sponge materials you can see on our website. We produce our sponge gaskets directly from the sheet or roll. This enables us to produce large format gaskets without the need for joining. It also allows us to maintain consistency throughout large production runs.

Some of the most popular sponge materials we use include: EPDM, EVA, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Polyethylene, Polyurethane, PVC and Silicone. Aside from offering a wide selection of materials we can also provide a number of different material grades to suit even the most specialised of applications. In applications that require it, we can also produce our sponge rubber gaskets with self-adhesive backing.

Depending on the gasket design and material we can use a variety of different cutting tools and methods in order to achieve the best results. We regularly produce: die cut gaskets, water-jet cut gaskets, CNC digital cut gaskets, lathe cut gaskets as well as hand fabrication. We have all of the knowledge and tools needed in order to produce the highest quality gaskets.
