Product Description
Our PVC foam is a soft, flexible and highly conformable material designed for sealing, cushioning, noise reduction and vibration dampening applications. Available in a choice of densities, thicknesses, colours and grades, PVC foam can easily conform to uneven surfaces and irregular gaps to create an effective seal.
When compressed, our open cell PVC foam forms a closed-cell structure, providing excellent resistance to air, dust and water ingress. This makes it particularly suitable for manufacturing PVC foam seals, gaskets, tapes and strips for use across industrial, construction, automotive and general engineering applications.
We offer PVC foam in slow and fast recovery grades, with thicknesses typically ranging from 2mm to 12mm. It is flame-retardant to FMVSS 302 standard and weather resistant, so suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
PVC foam can be supplied in rolls, coils, tapes, gaskets and seals, as well as bespoke cut or converted components manufactured to suit your exact dimensions and application.
