Rubber Moulded Bellows

  • Operational temperatures from -20°C to +100°C
  • Extremely durable and versatile
  • Compliant with flameproof tests BS 3120 and BS 6853
  • Used regularly within the steel, rail and water industries
  • Available in circular, rectangular or ellipsoidal shapes
  • Can be steel-reinforced for extra resilience
  • Competitively priced for low-volume production
  • Excellent resilience to deflection

Polyurethane moulded bellows

Polyurethane bellows are hard wearing and resist hydrolysis, ultraviolet rays, oils and most aliphatic fuels. All these properties make it a good material for making moulded bellows.

  • Operational temperatures from -30°C to +60°C
  • Excellent resistance to chemicals and hazardous contaminants
  • Flexible
  • Used regularly on special-purpose machinery and in the medical and nuclear/renewable power industries
  • Available in flame-retardant PVC film
  • Suitable for air conditioning and ductwork connectors
