Product Description
Our fuel resistant nitrile and PVC blend is a premium grade material that has been specifically developed for use in fuel processing and transportation applications. The combination of nitrile and PVC creates an incredibly durable as well as versatile material. Our fuel resistant material provides good abrasion and tear resistance as well as excellent flame and oil resistance. This material stability ensures that the fuel remains as contaminant free as possible, while also providing a superior life expectancy.
We supply this material in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 6mm as standard. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths and bespoke gaskets and cut shapes. This ensures that you can always get the perfect product to match your unique requirements.
The highly versatile nature of our fuel resistant nitrile and PVC material enables you to use it in a variety of fuel, oil and chemical applications. We regularly supply this material for use as; fuel pump diaphragms, O-rings, hydraulic hoses and gaskets.
Our fuel resistant nitrile and PVC fully conforms to REACH, RoHS, PAH as well as CE standards.
