Product Description
Heel-Safe non-slip matting is a highly durable and versatile safety matting, suitable for use as both entrance and walkway matting in a variety of applications.
Due to the different types of footwear that people use, some safety mats aren’t able to provide sufficient levels of grip, this is particularly evident in thin heels, as they often slip between the gripping ribs of the matting. However, Heel-Safe matting puts an end to this problem, offering excellent levels of grip regardless of the choice of footwear.
Our matting features extra deep gripping ribs which are positioned closer together than on other mats on the market ensuring even the thinnest heel doesn’t slip between the gaps. The heavy-duty ribs also serve to remove even the most stubborn dirt and debris stuck underneath footwear. Aside from offering excellent gripping underfoot, we design this matting to sit securely on top of a wide variety of surfaces to ensure you have a safe surface to walk on.
The superior versatility of this matting enables you to use it in a variety of applications with ease. However, our customers typically use this product in areas that are prone to becoming wet and slippery. Surfaces such as hardwood decking or any wooden floor can greatly benefit from the use of this product. Outdoor areas such as bridges, pedestrian walkways, and uneven walkways can become significantly safer through the use of our heel safe matting.

PVC Edging (W: 60mm X H: 14mm)
Supplied in rolls of 10.1m length. One tube of cold welding paste recommended for every 10m of edging. Comes in black, dark grey, dark brown, holly green, Oxford blue and yellow. Size: 60mm x 14mm x 10.1m.
PVC Snap Track (H: 14mm)
Two-part snap track that can be welded together to join rolls end-to-end or side-to-side to cover large areas. We recommend one tube of cold welding paste for every 10m of edging. Comes in black and dark grey. Size: 14mm x 2.5m.
Connector Clips: Side-to-Side (H: 14mm)
For joining sections of matting together side-to-side. Supplied in packs of 10.
PVC Edging (W: 100mm X H: 14mm)
Supplied in rolls of 10.1m length. One tube of cold welding paste recommended for every 10m of edging. Comes in black, dark grey and yellow. Size: 100mm x 14mm x 10.1m.
Aluminium Edging (W: 45mm X H: 14mm)
Supplied in sections of 2m length with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium and powder coated yellow. Size: 45mm x 14mm x 2m.

H Section (H: 14mm)
If the front-to-back dimension of the mat well is greater than the final width of your matting, you may need a H section to secure the different sections together. Supplied in sections of 3m length, with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in black, with mat insert colour specified. Size: 14mm x 13mm.
J Frame (H: 18mm)
Installing Heel Proof Matting against a wall? You’ll need a J frame to secure the matting on the left-to-right edges. Supplied in sections of 3m length. Comes in dark grey and black. Size: 18mm x 60mm.
TF Frame (H: 14mm)
You can use a T/L frame (55mm) to divide the matting into sections left-to-right – this makes it easier to lift and clean. Supplied in sections of 3m length with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium.
U Section (H: 14mm)
If the front-to-back dimension of the mat well is greater than the final width of your matting, you may need a U section to secure the different sections together. Supplied in sections of 3m length, with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium, powder coated dark grey and black. Size: 14mm x 19mm.
R Frame (H: 14mm)
You’ll need these to secure the matting on the left-to-right edges. Supplied in sections of 3m length with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium, powder coated dark grey and black. Size: 14mm x 12mm.
T Frame (H: 14mm)
You can use a T frame (27mm) to divide the matting into sections left-to-right – this makes it easier to lift and clean. Supplied in sections of 3m length with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium, powder coated dark grey and black.
L Frame (H: 15mm)
Installing around a circular door or non rectangular space? You’ll need a L frame to secure the matting. Size: 15mm x 2.7m length.
