Product Description
Our Egg Box Foam, also known as Egg Crate Foam, is a high-density and highly durable acoustic and protective material suitable for a wide range of applications. Its unique convoluted design, which resembles egg packaging, gives the material an expanded surface area that enhances performance in both sound absorption and impact protection. Manufactured with an open-cell structure, Egg Box Foam effectively absorbs noise, vibration, and impact. The material is treated with a flame retardant, particulate fillers, and a polymeric bonding agent, ensuring Class “O” fire performance and full compliance with UL94 HF1 classification. Lightweight and easy to work with, the foam can be cut to size using standard cutting tools and adhered to most surfaces with a suitable spray adhesive, making it simple to install and customise for your specific needs.
