Product Description
Our acoustic and noise control foam products offer exceptional sound absorption and noise reduction performance, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. All our foams meet stringent flame-retardant standards including BS 476 Class O, FMVSS 302, and UL94 HF1, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding environments.
We supply our acoustic foam in blocks, sheets, strips, or CNC-profiled shapes, with the option of self-adhesive backing for easy installation. To enhance durability and prevent contamination, our products are available with a selection of protective facing materials, such as foil and polyurethane coatings.
For advanced noise control performance, we also offer multi-layer composite laminates designed to deliver optimal sound insulation. Each laminate consists of three layers:
- Absorption Layer: High-performance foam available in thicknesses from 6mm to 30mm, designed to absorb airborne noise effectively.
- Transmission Layer: A dense polymeric barrier available in 2.5kg, 5kg, and 10kg per square metre options, engineered to block sound transmission.
- Isolation Layer: Flexible foam available in various thicknesses to decouple vibration and reduce structure-bourne noise.
Our versatile range of acoustic foams provides customisable solutions for any noise control challenge, combining superior performance, fire safety, and long-term durability.
