Product Description
Our silicone vacuum tubing is a highly versatile product. It is ideal for use in both automotive and industrial applications due to the excellent strength and resistance it offers. We can supply this particular product with an inner diameter from 3mm to 25mm. You also have the option of 5, 10 or 30 metre lengths to ensure you get the right length of tubing for the job.
The highly desirable durability and strength that our silicone vacuum tubing offers enable you to use it in a wide variety of applications. The smaller bore sizes (up to 10mm) are perfect for use in vacuum applications. While our customers tend to use the larger sizes for dressing up cable hardness assemblies.
Silicone tubing offers many advantages over PVC tubing alternatives. Unlike PVC our silicone vacuum tubing will not soften or collapse at high temperatures. This makes it vastly superior for use in vacuum bagging applications. Silicone also offers superior durability compared to PVC tubing. It is very difficult to crush, and will always return to its original shape once pressure has stopped.
This product is certified safe for contact with food, and is compliant to FDA 177.2600 as well as EC 1935/2004 standards.
