Key Features

  • High-quality material
  • Excellent noise & vibration control
  • Excellent fuel & oil resistance
  • Highly flexible
  • Easy to cut to size
  • Available in sheets, cut strips & bespoke gaskets

Product Description

Our low-compressible cork sheeting is a medium density material, manufactured using a nitrile rubber binder.

This particular material is ideal for use in noise and vibration control applications, but also has excellent resistance to oil and fuel.

The low compressibility of this material makes it a firmer material than the high-compressible sheeting, and gives it a higher recovery, allowing it to return to its original shape when pressure is removed.

We supply this material in 1m x 1m sheets, as standard, in a variety of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 25mm. We can also cut the material into strips or manufacture bespoke gaskets.

This material is ideal for a variety of applications and industries, such as vibration isolation for a range of machinery including: pumps, presses, looms & motors, runways, and rail & subway isolation pads. It is also suitable for use in building and construction applications, such as acoustic suspension elements & systems for walls, ceilings, piping, etc.
