Product Description
Our shock absorbing foam pads provide a simple and cost-effective solution to achieve additional impact absorption and drainage. The underlay features a puzzle lock system, which enables almost anyone to quickly install our foam pads. We supply this product in 194.6cm x 101cm tiles with a selection of 3 thicknesses: 25mm, 35mm or 45mm. This enables you to tailor the tiles to suit the critical fall height protection your application requires.
We find that this product is particularly useful underneath artificial grass as our pads provide a flat, impact absorbing surface. The superior safety that our shock absorbing foam pads offer make them extremely popular for use in schools and playgrounds. Correct use and installation of our pads can greatly reduce the risk of injury to children from trips and falls.
Aside from the excellent impact absorption that our foam pads offer, they can also provide exceptional drainage. We manufacture our shock absorbing foam pads from closed cell materials, which prevents the absorption of liquids. Each individual pad features a number of drainage holes which enables liquids to pass through and around the pads with ease. This helps to preserve the appearance of the grass above, while also prolonging the life expectancy of the pads.
You can also use our shock absorbing foam pads as protective underlay for roof gardens or patios as it offers great insulation and sound absorption properties.

Each of our shock absorbing foam pads feature a puzzle like design running along the outer edges of the pads. This enables you to cover a large area with ease. It also creates a single stable surface, which helps to distribute weight and also improves drainage. The pads are firm enough to create a comfortable walking surface while also being flexible enough to install on uneven surfaces. This allows you to install our pads over a wide variety of surface types and significantly reduces ground work costs.
