Material Grade Options
Flexseals 163 (Green):
- Maximum Operating Temperature 140°C
- Maximum Pressure 20 Bar
This is the standard use grade of the flexseals non asbestos gaskets. It is resistant to up to 140°C continuous and 210°C intermittent. It offers good resistance to oil, fuels as well as many common chemicals. It is suitable for use in low pressure applications which don’t require high temperature resistance.
Flexseals 330 (White):
- Maximum Operating Temperature 330°C
- Maximum Pressure 90 Bar
This is the high-quality grade of the flexseals non asbestos gaskets. It utilises high quality minerals with amarid fibres and an NBR binder. This grants the product significantly higher temperature resistance as well as superior oil and fuel resistance. It is suitable for use in high temperature, high pressure applications.
