Product Description
Polyurethane gaskets exhibit exceptional durability against abrasion, remarkable resilience to deformation when under pressure, and strong resistance to various chemicals, oils, weathering, and UV light. This polymer boasts high tear resistance, making it particularly suitable for flanges prone to vibration, contraction, and expansion (depending on hardness). Our PU gasket collection comes in a variety of colors such as black, blue, natural, red, and yellow. These gaskets can be customized in shore hardness ranging from 35 to 90 (°A), providing options for flexible or rigid characteristics akin to plastic.
At The Rubber Company, we employ state-of-the-art CNC profile cutting equipment, allowing us to produce gaskets in nearly any size you need. Our expertise lies in transforming polyurethane sheets into standard flange, picture frame, and dovetail gaskets, catering to both small and large volume needs. To ensure precision in measuring your gasket, refer to our comprehensive guide How to Measure a Gasket.
