Product Description
Our RubbaStud studded rubber flooring combines excellent anti-slip surface with flame retardant and noise reduction properties in a single package. The studded design on the top surface of the flooring provides efficient levels of grip in wet and dry conditions. The studs are close enough together in order to create a stable walking surface for all footwear types. The underside of the flooring features a roughened texture which can help increase adhesive bonding.
We manufacture RubbaStud from a high-quality natural rubber compound. Natural rubber provides excellent physical characteristics such as high tensile strength and tear resistance properties. This helps to increase the durability of the flooring without compromising on flexibility. Natural rubber also provides a wide operating temperature range as well as resistance against a number of common chemicals. During the manufacturing process we treat the matting with UV rays. This serves to increase the density of the matting. It also helps to repel dirt and ensures that the surface is highly resistant to impurities.
We supply our RubbaStud studded rubber flooring in a large 1000mm x 1000mm tile format. It is also available in either 2.7mm or 4mm thicknesses to suit a variety of applications. RubbaStud flooring is available in a wide selection if visually appealing colours in order to ensure that the flooring suits your unique requirements.
