Product Description
Our RubbaWave textured rubber flooring features a hammered top surface design, which increases grip in a variety of applications. The hammered texture ensures safety in wet and dry environments while being easy to use by a variety of footwear. Unlike studded flooring, the textured surface on RubbaWave is also suitable for use with trolleys and wheelchairs. The underside of this flooring is roughened in order to improve adhesive bonding. This ensures that you can achieve a sturdy and permanent installation on a variety of sub-base types.
We manufacture RubbaWave using a combination of natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds. Natural rubber provides excellent mechanical properties as standard and the addition of synthetic rubber helps to further increase these properties. This ensures that our flooring is suitable for hight footfall applications as well as gyms and sports facilities. During the manufacturing process we expose the flooring to UV light rays. This process serves to make the surface of the flooring more compact and denser. It also serves to repel dirt and improve resistance to impurities.
We can supply our RubbaWave textured rubber flooring in a variety of tile size and thicknesses. This enables you get the right type of coverage to suit your specific application. RC-UNIFLOOR
RC-Unifloor is our standard, single colour range of RubbaWave flooring. It provides good fire resistance properties as well as noise reduction and tear resistance. This range is ideal for blending into a variety of work, education and leisure environments. We can supply this particular range in both 500mm x 500mm and 1000mm x 1000m sizes in either 2.5mm or 3.5mm thick tiles.
RC-UNIFLOOR-AUTO
RC-Unifloor-Auto is identical to our standard RC-Unifloor range with one major difference, these tiles feature a peelable adhesive underside. This enables you to quickly and easily install these tiles for both temporary and permanent applications. We can supply this particular range in 500mm x 500mm tiles with a thickness of 5mm.
RC-DUOFLOOR
RC-Duofloor is our most popular range of RubbaWave flooring. The speckled, multi-colour design provides a visually appealing flooring solution for virtually any application and environment. This range also provides good fire and electrical resistance for superior safety in the workplace. We can supply this range in 500mm x 500mm or 1000mm x 1000mm tiles with a thickness of either 2.5mm or 3.5mm.
RC-UNIFLOOR-ARDESIA
Our RC-Unifloor-Ardesia range provides a good middle ground between our standard RC-Unifloor and the RC-Unifloor-Auto ranges. With a slightly thicker tile format this flooring provides superior acoustic and thermal conductivity while being easy to handle. We can supply this range in 500mm x 500mm or 1000mm x 1000mm tiles with a thickness of 3.5mm.
