Product Description
Conforms to BS IEC 61340-5-1
Two layer rubber with a dissipative top and conductive backing
The Rubber Company supply anti-static mats for use in ESD sensitive environments. These mats conform to meet BS IEC 61340-5-1 standards. All of our anti-static mats mats are incredibly low maintenance and provide excellent safety properties in a variety of applications.
The dissipative top layer of our anti-static mats provide great resistance to abrasion, heat, solders, flux as well as the most commonly used solvents. This ensures that our product is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications. It also helps to ensure that our anti static mats are able to maintain a long life expectancy.
The black bottom layer of our anti static mats are fully conductive. This ensures that the mats provide a high quality and consistent ground path. The material meets the requirements of EN61340-5-1 and US ESD Associations ANSI S4.1 and S20.20 guidelines and is also certified for ROHS regulations. The smooth texture also facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.
