Product Description

The process involves treating E Glass cloth with a mineral-based aqueous calcium silicate wash (known as silica wash) dispersion. This treatment results in a coating of platelets on the cloth. When exposed to high temperatures, these platelets melt, creating a protective layer for the glass fibre. The treatment increases abrasion and temperature resistance.
