Product Description
Welding blankets are crafted using a base fabric of glass cloth, which is then treated with an ultra-fine mineral-based aqueous dispersion. Similar to Vermiculite glass cloth, this treatment results in a coating of platelets that, when exposed to high temperatures, liquefy to form a protective layer over the base fabric. The mineral-based treatment also enhances the material’s resistance to abrasion and heat. Welding blankets possess the capability to withstand hot metal splashes and welding sparks, making them ideal for the production of welding screens and curtains.
We offer welding blankets in various supply options, including cut-to-size pieces, rolls, or customised manufacturing to meet your specific requirements.
