Product Description

Our black FKM A 75°shore rubber sheeting is a high quality and versatile material made from FKM (fluoroelastomer) with 66% Fluorine content which offers high resistance to temperatures up to +205°C.

It provides excellent resistance against many common acids, oils, solvents, chemicals, and hydrocarbons. It has good resistance to oxygen and ozone which means it can withstand the effects of weather ageing. One of the key advantages is its self-extinguishing properties, which ensures good flame resistance.

We can supply this material in thicknesses from 0.5mm up to 12mm as standard, subject to availability. Our 75° Viton® A sheeting has a maximum width of 1.2m and is available in either 5m (for 8mm thicknesses and over) or 10m long rolls.

Fluoroelastomer rubber sheeting is widely used in the automotive industry where bio-diesel is transported. We can supply our rubber sheeting in rolls, sheet and convert to gaskets and strips, plain or with a self adhesive backing.
