Product Description

Our Viton® A 75° rubber sheeting is a high quality, highly versatile material. We manufacture this material using a FKM A rubber compound. It provides excellent resistance against many common acids, oils and solvents. It is also an incredibly stable material and is able to maintain its properties in temperatures up to +275°C. We can supply this material in thicknesses from 0.5mm up to 50mm as standard, subject to availability. Our 75° Viton® A sheeting has a maximum width of 1.2m and is available in either 5m or 10m long rolls depending on the thickness you require.

Fluoroelastomer rubber sheeting is widely used in the automotive industry where bio-diesel is transported. We can supply Viton® A rubber sheeting in rolls, sheet and convert to gaskets & strip. The Rubber Company can also manufacture Viton® A rubber mouldings.

Despite Viton® A having high resistance to hydrocarbons, oils, acids and chemicals, it cannot be used where resistance to ketones is required.

Our Viton® 75° rubber sheeting contains 66% Fluorine content.
