Product Description
RubbaPlan is a versatile range of smooth rubber flooring solutions designed for commercial, industrial and public environments where safety, durability and compliance are essential. Certified to Bfl-s1 under EN 13501-1, this flame-retardant flooring provides limited flame spread and low smoke emission, making it suitable for high-occupancy buildings worldwide.
Manufactured from high-quality natural and synthetic rubber compounds, RubbaPlan does not contain PVC, halogens, plasticisers, formaldehyde, asbestos, cadmium or CFCs. Because it contains no toxic substances, it does not release them during use or in the event of fire. At end of life, the flooring can be disposed of in the same way as standard solid urban waste.
Production is based primarily on thermal and mechanical processes rather than highly polluting chemical methods, making RubbaPlan a responsible choice for projects requiring low-toxicity flooring, fire rated flooring, or environmentally considerate commercial flooring.
Durable Commercial Rubber Flooring Performance
Engineered for demanding environments, RubbaPlan delivers excellent tensile strength, tear resistance and long-term reliability. The smooth surface finish provides a practical, easy-to-clean flooring solution while maintaining durability under heavy footfall and rolling loads.
Depending on the selected range, RubbaPlan can offer specialised performance characteristics including:
• Acoustic insulation for noise-sensitive environments
• Electrostatic discharge protection for technical spaces
• Resistance to oils and greases for industrial settings
• Enhanced fire performance for public buildings
This flexibility makes RubbaPlan suitable for a wide range of commercial rubber flooring installations, from offices and healthcare facilities to manufacturing sites and transport hubs.
RubbaPlan Range Options
