Product Description
Extra Coarse Safety Grip Tape is a heavy-duty anti-slip tape engineered for demanding industrial and outdoor conditions. Featuring a 30 grit aluminium oxide surface, it delivers maximum traction where standard anti-slip tapes fall short. The oversized granules create deep channels that help disperse water, mud and debris, maintaining reliable grip in harsh environments. While designed primarily for heavy-duty use, it also performs well in areas exposed to snow and ice, as the open grit structure helps prevent clogging and allows fluids to drain away.
High Tack Adhesive for Difficult Surfaces
The durable plastic backing film supports the heavy aluminium oxide granules without splitting. It is coated with a high tack (HG) adhesive, designed to bond securely to challenging substrates such as powder-coated metals and other low surface energy materials. This makes it ideal for industrial settings where adhesion reliability is critical.
Heavy-Duty Construction and Thickness
With a total applied thickness of 1.60mm ± 0.2, Extra Coarse Safety Grip Tape offers a significantly more aggressive and hard-wearing profile than standard grip tapes. The thicker construction enhances durability in high traffic areas and ensures dependable performance on metal, concrete and other rigid surfaces.
