RubbaClean-T Eco Entrance Matting is a premium aluminium entrance mat system engineered for high-traffic commercial interiors. Featuring an eco-friendly textile insert made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon, it delivers outstanding dirt and moisture control while supporting sustainable building practices. Designed specifically for indoor use, the system is suitable for busy entrances where pedestrian traffic is high and where shopping trolleys and hand carts are frequently used.
ECONYL® is produced by recycling nylon waste such as discarded carpets, fabric offcuts, fishing nets and industrial nylon. Through an advanced regeneration process, the material returns to the same purity and performance as virgin nylon, but with a significantly reduced environmental footprint. By choosing RubbaClean-T Eco, you actively help reduce landfill waste and ocean pollution while maintaining exceptional entrance mat performance.
The textile insert is supported by a CLARO® backing, which is PVC-free and contains no plasticisers. Compared to traditional PVC underlays, production uses 30% less energy and generates 15% fewer greenhouse gas emissions, while offering superior durability and flexibility. The drying textile surface is resistant to abrasion and crushing, and effectively absorbs moisture to help maintain safer, cleaner floors.
RubbaClean-T Eco Entrance Matting features aluminium profiles connected with stainless steel cables, creating a robust and flexible construction that can be rolled for easier handling, installation and maintenance. The matting is available in multiple profile heights of 12 mm, 17 mm, 22 mm and 27 mm, allowing it to be specified for recessed matwells or surface-mounted aluminium frames. Custom-made sizes ensure precise installation for a wide range of commercial entrance areas.
