Product Description
Designed for high-traffic entrances, the RubbaClean-R Y Profile Entrance Matting combines durable aluminium profiles with hard-wearing rubber inserts to deliver exceptional dirt and moisture control. Engineered for commercial environments, this robust entrance mat system withstands continuous pedestrian traffic, shopping trolleys and manual handling equipment while maintaining long-term performance.
Manufactured using strong aluminium sections linked with stainless steel ropes, the system incorporates dual spacers and a distinctive aluminium Y-shaped profile between each section. The resilient rubber inserts effectively scrape dirt and absorb moisture, while the open spacing between profiles allows debris to fall through, keeping entrance areas cleaner and safer. The flexible construction allows the mat to be rolled back easily for cleaning, inspection or transport.
With a profile height of 22mm, RubbaClean-R Y Profile mats are ideal for recessed mat wells or surface-mounted installations within an aluminium frame. Each mat can be manufactured to bespoke sizes, with widths formed by cutting profiles and lengths determined by the number of profiles used. For safe handling and installation, individual mat weight should not exceed 50kg.
Built to perform in demanding conditions, this aluminium entrance matting system offers excellent resistance to abrasion, crushing, corrosion, temperature fluctuations, snow, salt and most non-chlorinated cleaning agents. Maintenance is simple – the mat can be rolled back for cleaning beneath, while routine vacuuming keeps the surface performing at its best.
