Product Description
The RubbaClean-R Wide Entrance Matting is crafted using robust aluminium profiles complemented by a resilient rubber insert. These profiles are securely linked together via a flexible rubber connector, which plays a dual role as a shock absorber between the mat and the floor surface or drain. This thoughtful design enables effortless rolling of the mat for convenient cleaning and transportation purposes.
The Clean System Wide aluminium profile of the mat stands at a height of 7.7 mm, and with the incorporation of the rubber insert, the overall profile height measures 12 mm.
The mat’s design allows for the creation of mats in various sizes and shapes. The width is determined by cutting the profiles, while the length is achieved by selecting the number of profiles and cutting the end profiles accordingly. However, it’s important to note that the weight of an individual mat should not exceed 50 kg.
As per the Construction Technology Institute’s assessment, the on-site shoe wiper system, RubbaClean-R Wide Entrance Matting, is not classified as a building product. Consequently, it is not bound by the regulations specified in the “Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure regarding technical conditions for buildings and their location” pertaining to construction products.
