Product Description
Our tapered solid square composite fenders are an incredibly durable as well as versatile product. They are the perfect product to deal with frequent as well as heavy impacts. In order to give our product the highest specification strength and resistance possible, we manufacture these fenders from a combination of natural rubber / SBR and UHMWPE materials.
The unique tapered shape of this fender enables it to compress under immense pressure which enables it to absorb even the heaviest of impacts without deterioration. A key characteristic of these solid tapered fenders is the excellent abrasion resistance they offer. This is far superior to any other fenders on the market, and also enables our fender to be in constant use without fear or deterioration or warping. These fenders are easy to drill and cut to a specific size. Once installed they will remain securely in place, granting you protection from any potential impacts.
PE Thickness: 20mm – 30mm
For your convenience we offer a choice of four sizes for our tapered solid square composite fenders available as standard. We test each of these sizes and have found that they are suitable for use on most applications without modification. However, if the size you require is not listed here feel free to contact us about custom sizes.
