Product Description
Our thin gauge nitrile is a high-grade, non-reinforced diaphragm sheeting material that offers excellent oil and fuel resistance across a broad range of applications. Aside from offering good stability, this material also provides good tensile strength and tear resistance properties. We supply this material in either 0.5mm or 0.75mm thicknesses as standard. We can also produce it in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes. This ensures that you can always get the perfect product to match your unique requirements.
We typically supply our thin gauge nitrile material for use in a variety of transportation and industrial applications. One common use is as a seal in transformer oil and dielectric oil contact applications. However, the combination of excellent resistance and physical properties enable you to use the material in a wide range of applications and environments. This material offers a long functional life as well as outstanding quality.
This material fully conforms to REACH, RoHS, PAH and CE standards.
