Product Description
Our white, food grade neoprene is a high-grade material that has been manufactured to fully conform to FDA standards. This ensures that our product is not only safe for use in food contact applications, but that it is also tasteless and odourless. Using our FDA approved material enables you to get the maximum safety possible, without compromising the food or beverage. We supply this product in a range of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 40mm as standard. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes to match your exact requirements.
Aside from being FDA approved, our food grade neoprene is also highly resistant against water and the build up of mould. This prevents any organic material from forming on the surface of the material. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure that you get a reliable product which can offer an excellent life expectancy.
A key factor that sets our food grade neoprene apart from other compounds is the materials excellent resistance. Neoprene offers excellent high temperature resistance, as well as good resistance to oil and common chemicals. This enables you to use our product with high temperature foods containing oils, fats and grease without fear of deterioration.
Our product is fully US FDA21 CFR177, 2600 – EU1935/2004 approved. It is also USP Class V1 compliant.
