Product Description
Our high temperature silicone sheets are the ideal product for applications that require typical properties of silicone with additional heat resistance. This product is able to withstand many hours of use at 270°C as well as 300°C intermittently. We can supply this product with a thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 20mm. This product has a width of 1m and may be subject to minimum order quantities.
High temperature silicone sheets are also fully FDA and EC complaint. This ensures that our product is safe for use in food and beverage contact applications. Aside from the excellent heat resistance, this product also offers good tensile strength and tear resistance. This makes it perfect for use in highly demanding or extreme conditions.
Getting The Most Out Of Your Product
It is important to note that in order for this product to perform at such extreme temperatures, Oxygen needs to be present. A lack of Oxygen will cause this product to deteriorate at much lower temperatures. Using our high temperature silicone sheets at their maximum temperature for long periods of time will naturally decrease the life expectancy of the product.
