Product Description
Our range of silicone keyhole seal profiles provide a high-quality and highly versatile sealing solution for many applications and industries. The dove-tail fixing section enables you to securely insert our profiles into a variety of gaps requiring minimal adhesive. The hollow section provides greater levels of compression, enabling our keyhole profiles to form a tight seal while under pressure. We manufacture our keyhole profiles from a high-quality silicone rubber compound. Silicone features a wide operating temperature range as standard, with excellent high temperature resistance. It is resistant against a wide variety of common chemicals and solutions as well as UV deterioration. Silicone also provides good physical properties, being highly durable and resistant to tearing while remaining flexible.
We can supply a selection of silicone keyhole seal profiles as standard. We can also bespoke manufacture profiles to suit your exact requirements, subject to tooling costs and minimum order quantities.
