Product Description
Our silicone omega seal profiles provide a highly versatile sealing solution for many door, window and flat panel applications. The unique shape of our omega seals combines the form factor of T-shape seals with O-rings. This creates a seal that offers excellent rates of compression, while being easy to install. Omega seals offer an excellent alternative to D shape seals and other similar shapes that often deflect while under pressure. The bulbs are able to compress while under pressure in order to create a tight and even seal. This makes omega seals ideal for weatherproofing electrical boxes as well as door and window sealing applications.
We manufacture these profiles using a high-quality silicone rubber compound. Silicone is a highly versatile material, which makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications and working environments. It features a wide operating temperature range, with excellent resistance against high temperature deterioration. Silicone also provides good resistance against a variety of common chemicals and solutions. We can supply silicone omega seal profiles in a range of sizes and shapes as standard. We can also bespoke manufacture profiles to your exact requirements, subject to tooling costs and minimum order quantities.
