Product Description
Our easy lock PVC matting is a highly versatile and extremely durable interlocking flooring system. It is very easy to install and cut to size, allowing for large areas to be covered quickly creating a single secure surface. This unique matting has a slip-resistant surface with either a dimpled or ribbed finish. It has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties making it ideal for a range of applications and environments.
The unique open cell design provides superior drainage for liquids as well as large dirt and debris. The design of the matting allows it to stand away from the floor, preventing liquid and dirt from building up on the surface.
Our matting is flexible with anti-fatigue properties for additional comfort, while being sturdy enough to support heavy weights. It can even support the weight of small vehicles such as forklifts.
We manufacture our easy lock PVC matting from 100% recycled materials. The PVC compound is non-porous with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. It offers good resistance against most common chemicals, acids, and oils, and is self-extinguishing. Easy lock is very easy to clean and maintain and can be cleaned with a high-pressure hose if required. The matting is lightweight and when not in use can be disconnected for easy storage.
Our matting is available in two thicknesses of 16mm and 23mm in 1m x 1m black tiles (4 x pre-joined tiles). Ramped edging and corners are available in either black or yellow in thicknesses of 16mm or 23mm. The ramped edging is ideal for helping to reduce potential tripping hazards while enabling easy trolley and wheelchair use.
