Product Description
Rubber waffle pads are high-performance anti-vibration mounts designed to reduce noise, absorb shock, and isolate vibration in a wide range of industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. Engineered with a durable waffle-grid construction, these rubber isolation pads provide excellent load distribution and grip, making them ideal for supporting machinery, HVAC units, compressors, and heavy equipment.
The unique waffle design enhances flexibility and damping performance, allowing these machine anti-vibration pads to effectively minimise vibration transfer to floors and surrounding structures. This helps protect equipment, reduce wear, and create a quieter working environment.
Whether you’re installing air conditioning units, pumps, generators, or workshop machinery, these pads deliver reliable shock absorption and vibration isolation.
These pads are supplied in both natural rubber (for maximum resilience and contains anti-oxidants and anti-ozonants to improve ageing) and neoprene (for longer life and with moderate oil resistance). Other materials may be available on a made-to-order basis.
To increase the deflection, pads can be stacked with 16 gauge (1.6mm) shims between layers.
These mount pads are supplied in 450mm x 450mm sheets, comprised of 50mm x 50mm squares. The sheets can easily be cut-to-size, although we recommend always using full squares.
