Product Description
Our reticulated polyether foams are high quality, open cell materials that are based on polyurethane. These materials provide excellent chemical and fuel resistance with high durability in a light weight and flexible package. Our polyether foams are available in a wide range of pore densities from 10 – 50ppi. We can also supply the material in variety of thicknesses up to 450mm in rolls up to 15m.
A key feature of our polyether foams is the materials excellent resistance to water and humidity deterioration. This makes it the ideal material for use in water and air filtration systems. The calibrated cell size and structure also enables these materials to be used in biotechnological and environmental applications.
The highly versatile nature of polyether foams enable them to benefit a wide range of applications. We regularly supply the material for use in industrial waste water treatment and water pollution control systems. The open cell structure makes polyether ideal for water filtration, the pre-filtration of air as well as ventilation and acoustic systems. The foams are also very low maintenance and can be easily washed, allowing for multiple uses.
