Product Description
Our RubbaUS tear resistant belting provides the highest levels of tear resistance, durability as well as load support of any conveyor belting. It features a longitudinal tear resistance of more than five times that of multi-ply belts due to its unique construction. RubbaUS belting also provides impact resistance of up to three times greater than standard plied conveyor belting materials. This results in a belting that is highly durable and able to convey the sharpest, heaviest and most abrasive materials.
RubbaUS tear resistant belting features a unique, woven straight-warp carcass. It utilises a combination of high-quality polyester stands with nylon strands held in position by a strong yarn. Unlike standard conveyor belting carcass, these strands are straight in both directions. This is crucial as it enables the weft to float free from the wrap of the carcass. It greatly improves impact absorption as energy is absorbed over a much larger area. This greatly increases the lift expectance of the belting, while enabling you to use it in heavy-duty applications.
The highly durable and hard-wearing construction of our RubbaUS belting enables you to use it in virtually any working environment. It is ideal for use in high impact or heavy material applications as well as low maintenance environments. We regularly supply this particular belting for use in mining and quarry applications. You can also use it in wood, paper, pulp, recycling, construction and transhipment industries.
