Product Description
Our coin lock PVC matting is a highly versatile flooring solution which is suitable for use in hard wearing industrial applications as well as leisure and commercial environments. The top surface of the matting features a wide coin design providing superior grip for all footwear types without compromising on usability. Unlike other mats the large gaps between the rounded studs allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. The underside of our coin lock tiles feature a cellular structure, which significantly improves the comfort while reducing its weight – this enables our matting to provide excellent anti-fatigue properties for prolonged periods of use.
Coin lock features a puzzle-like interlocking system around the outer edges of the matting. This enables you to easily connect multiple tiles together to cover a large area and allows for easy storage when not in use. Our mats can be supplied with ramped edges for the perimeter to minimise tripping hazards and allow for easy wheelchair and trolley access. Installation is quick and easy and does not require any special tools. You can also install coin lock PVC matting over virtually any existing surface.
Manufactured from durable PVC, our black tiles are made from 100% recycled materials and can can withstand even the most heavy duty applications. Each individual mat can withstand up to 3.35 tonnes and provides good impact and abrasion absorption. They conform to flame retardant standards BS EN ISO 9239-1:2010, BS EN ISO 11925-2:2010, and Bfl-s1. They also have good resistance against most common oils and chemicals, and are suitable for use in both interior and exterior applications.
