Product Description
Our diamond comfort matting combines excellent anti-fatigue properties with good wear resistance in order to create a highly versatile matting solution. The diamond pattern on the top of the matting provides superior anti-slip properties in a number of industrial working environments. We supply our diamond comfort matting in a variety of sizes from 60cm x 90cm to 1.2m x 18.3m as standard. The matting is also easy to cut, to fit your specific area perfectly. We supply this matting in two colours, either all black or black with a high visibility yellow strip.
We manufacture our diamond comfort matting using a dual layer system. The base layer is comprised of a a high quality closed cell sponge rubber material. This provides good rates of compression for superior comfort on a variety of floor surfaces. It also serves to dampen sounds for additional acoustic insulation. The top layer features a protective vinyl coating. This creates a strong and stable walking or standing surface. The vinyl coating also serves to increase the wear resistance of the matting for use in high foot traffic applications.
We typically supply our diamond comfort matting for use in dry industrial environments. However, due to the high quality construction of the matting it is suitable for use in a wide range of applications. Most applications that require an anti-slip flooring can benefit from the safety properties this matting provides. The comfort and anti-slip properties make our matting ideal for use in applications where the user will be on their feet for long periods of time.
