Our ToughLock Interlocking PVC Tiles are moulded, heavy-duty floor tiles engineered for outstanding durability, comfort underfoot and long-term performance. Thanks to their unique interlocking jigsaw-style join, these tiles are quick and easy to install – no special tools or skills needed, and no costly base works required. Simply click the tiles together to create a strong, seamless floor covering in a fraction of the time of traditional flooring solutions.

Our tiles are perfect for protecting floors in warehouses, factories, garages, exhibition halls and sport/leisure facilities. These heavy-duty vinyl floor tiles are high quality, durable and fire retardant as standard. They benefit from being load tested and are suitable for use with trolley jacks, forklifts, pallet trucks and stillages. Optional ramped edges and corners allow easy access.
Please note: due to the nature of the recycled material used in this product, there may be colour variations between batches, and material flecks may also be visible. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the performance of the tile.

The textured top surface delivers excellent non-slip, anti-slip properties, providing a safer underfoot surface even in wet, oily or heavily trafficked areas – while remaining quick and easy to keep clean.
Quick, Easy Installation
ToughLock tiles are designed for fast, friendly installation with no adhesive, specialist tools or professional fitting required. Simply clear and sweep the sub-floor, then interlock the tiles together from a corner or centre point, trimming edge tiles to fit as needed. Optional ramped edges can be added around the perimeter for a smooth, safe finish – and with no curing or drying time, your new floor is ready to use straight away.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Our impervious surface makes these interlocking floor tiles quick and easy to clean – simply damp mop, or use a hand or machine scrub. To enhance and maintain the tiles, a varnish or sealer can be applied to give a superior gloss finish.
