Product Description
Our fluorosilicone sponge sheets are the perfect product for use in extreme environments. This is due to the broad temperature range and good chemical resistance this product offers. We supply this particular product in 915mm x 915mm square sheets. The sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses from 0.8mm to 3.2mm. This ensures that you always get the perfect product to suit your unique requirements.
A key feature of our fluorosilicone sponge sheets is the products excellent temperature range. It is able to maintain its useful properties in temperatures as low as -62°C and as high as 204°C. As a sponge material, our sheets also offer good flexibility. These two features make our product highly desirable for use as a gasket material.
Aside from the excellent temperature range the material offers, our fluorosilicone sponge sheets are also highly resistant. This product is one of the few sponge materials that offers resistance to oil and chemical deterioration. The superior resistance makes this product the ideal material for fuel delivery applications in the aerospace, automotive and defence industries.
This product is fully complaint with: MIL-R-25988 Type 2 Class 1 GD60 and AMS 3325 standards.
