Product Description
Our high temperature silicone sponge sheets are the perfect product for applications which require superior levels of heat protection and resistance. This product is available in a standard size of 1m x 10m rolls. However, larger thicknesses will be supplied in 1m x 1m sheets. We can supply a variety of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 25mm. This ensures that you always get the perfect product to match your application.
This product provides many of the same properties that our standard grade silicone sponge offers, but with the advantage of a wider temperature range. This means that you get excellent air and watertight properties, as well as a soft and flexible material. Our high temperature silicone sponge products are able to withstand temperatures as low as -60°C and as high as +270°C (300°C intermittently). This makes it perfect for use in food preparation and pharmaceutical applications.
This product conforms to the flammability requirements of FAR 25/JAR25/CS 25 Appendix F, Part 1 (a)(1)(iv) and (a)(1)(v) horizontal flammability.
