Product Description
Aside from our selection of standard rubber compounds, The Rubber Company can manufacture non marking TPE fenders. These materials are essentially plastics that exhibit the physical properties of a rubber material. This makes TPE the perfect material for use in non-marking impact protection as it is easy to extrude and shape like a plastic while being flexible like a rubber. TPE materials also provide good resistance against atmospheric agents, ageing and UV deterioration.
The non-marking finish of these fenders enables you to use them in a variety of user facing applications. We regularly supply our non marking TPE fenders for use on yachts, parking bumpers, as well as shop protection. Our TPE D Profiles are easy to drill and can be quickly installed onto a variety of surfaces. The durability of TPE enables our fenders to withstand frequent use, offering a long service life.
We can supply our non marking TPE fenders in a wide selection of shapes and sizes as standard. These sizes have been carefully chosen in order to suit almost all marine, construction and industrial applications. We can also manufacture bespoke fenders to your exact specifications, subject to tooling costs and minimum order quantities. Our TPE fenders are available in Black and Grey as standard. We can also produce these fenders in a wide variety of colours such as: Yellow, Red, Blue and Green.
