Product Description
Our flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 EPDM sheeting is a high-performance rubber material designed for fire-sensitive environments. Manufactured to meet the stringent UL 94 V-0 vertical burn standard, this premium EPDM grade self-extinguishes once the ignition source is removed, helping to minimise flame spread, smoke density, and toxic gas emissions.
This material retains the core benefits of EPDM rubber, including excellent resistance to UV, ozone, weathering, and ageing. Its wide operating temperature range and durability make it ideal for demanding construction and industrial applications where fire performance is critical.
Available in thicknesses from 1mm to 15mm as standard, with additional gauges manufactured to order (subject to minimum order quantity). Supplied in full rolls, strip cut lengths, bespoke gaskets, and precision cut shapes to suit specific requirements.
