Product Description
The RubbaClean-S Wide Entrance Matting System is manufactured with durable aluminium profiles accompanied by an efficient brush insert. These profiles are firmly interconnected through a rubber connector, which not only acts as a shock absorber between the mat and the floor surface or drain but also facilitates easy rolling for the purpose of cleaning and transportation.
The RubbaClean-S Wide mat features an aluminum profile with a height of 7.7 mm, while the incorporation of the rubber insert increases the total profile height to 14 mm.
The mat’s design allows for the creation of mats in various sizes and shapes. The width is determined by cutting the profiles, while the length is achieved by selecting the number of profiles and cutting the end profiles accordingly. However, it’s important to note that the weight of an individual mat should not exceed 50 kg.
As per the Construction Technology Institute’s assessment, the on-site shoe wiper system, RubbaClean-S Wide Entrance Matting System, is not classified as a building product. Consequently, it is not bound by the regulations specified in the “Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure regarding technical conditions for buildings and their location” pertaining to construction products.
