Product Description
The RubbaClean-T Y Profile Entrance Matting System features aluminium profiles with integrated textile cleaning inserts, distinctly divided by a Y-shaped profile configuration for optimal performance.
The aluminium doormats are securely fastened using stainless steel ropes, catering to entrances exposed to substantial pedestrian traffic, along with manual transportation and the movement of shopping carts.
Specifically engineered for commercial use, these doormats are known for their robust mechanical strength and their ability to withstand moisture, corrosion, and fluctuations in temperature.
Operation & Maintenance
Resistant to the following elements, our RubbaClean-T Y Profile entrance matting systems can withstand: table salt, snow dissolving agents and basic chemicals lacking chlorine.
For cleaning, follow these steps: Roll up the mat, sweep/vacuum the debris, wash the floor, then unroll the mat to its original position. Regularly vacuum the doormat and occasionally use carpet cleaning devices (extractors), ensuring only chemicals that won’t harm rubber and aluminium are utilised.
To maintain cleanliness, it is advised to clean once every two weeks or more frequently, depending on the accumulation of dirt and the frequency of rain and snow.
The allowable load for aluminium doormats placed in the groove is 2500 kg/m². There is no limit for pedestrian traffic or the transportation of trolleys, wheelchairs, lifts, and passenger cars, as long as each wheel doesn’t exceed 150kg or the overall weight of the trolley doesn’t surpass 600kg.
For optimum performance, the even placement of strip wipers within the groove is essential, with a depth tolerance of approximately 2mm. Irregularities beneath the entrance matting mat lead to permanent deformations in the construction profiles.
