Product Description
Genuine Zotek N foam is a material with excellent lightweight and durability properties, which makes it highly desirable for use in a wide range of demanding applications. It is a closed cell, cross-linked material that is based on the polymer Polyamide (Nylon). We are able to product this product in a variety of densities and formats in order to match your unique requirements.
Zotek N foams feature the highest temperature resistance of any of the Zote foams available on the market. The material is able to function and maintain its useful properties in temperatures as high as 205°C. It is also resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, particularly hydrocarbons. These two key features make this material perfect for use in harsh environments and applications such as seals, gaskets and automotive industries. Zotek N foams are also rated “best in class” in terms of durability and longevity. This ensures that you get a product which can withstand frequent, heavy use without warping or deteriorating. It also provides excellent value for money as the foam needs replacing less often than the cheaper alternatives.
The Rubber Company can supply genuine Zotek N products in a variety of formats to suit your unique requirements. Our customers often request this particular material in: sheets, rolls, strips, gaskets and seals. We can supply Zotek N in two densities of 35 or 50kg/m3. Each density has its own values so be sure to check our material spec sheet in order to ensure you get the right density for your specific requirements.
