Product Description
Our gas approved nitrile is a high-grade material that has been specifically manufactured to conform to BS EN 682:2002 specification. This particular grade provides superior resistance against gas as well as hydrocarbon fluid deterioration. It also offers good tensile strength and flexibility to ensure high levels of durability in extreme environments. We supply this material in either 1.5mm or 3mm rolls with a width of 1.4m and a length of 20m as standard. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets.
A key feature of nitrile is the materials stability, which makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications and working environments. It also provides a good balance of physical properties including; tear resistance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance and low compression set. We regularly supply our gas approved nitrile for use in the following industries; automotive, marine, military and aerospace.
