Product Description
Our commercial nitrile insertion sheeting is a medium-grade material that combines the excellent resistance of nitrile with a 1 ply reinforcement. This provides the material with additional tear resistance and tensile strength properties for use in physically demanding applications. We can supply this material in a variety of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 40mm to suit your requirements. We can also produce it in a range of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and cut shapes.
Subject to minimum order quantities, we can produce custom grades, colours and finishes to your exact requirements.
The 1 ply polyester fabric reinforcement we use in our commercial nitrile insertion sheeting creates a balance between cost and durability. We can also insert additional reinforcement layers as a special order for superior physical resistance. We typically supply this material for use in low to medium range applications. Our customers regularly use this material as; insulating strips, dust seals, protection pads and gaskets.
Our reinforced nitrile sheeting is also REACH, RoHS, PAH as well as CE Compliant.
