Product Description
Our nitrile coated nylon insertion sheeting is a high-grade material that combines the excellent resistance of nitrile with the physical reinforcement of nylon cloth. This particular grade of nitrile offers outstanding resistance against petroleum fuels, oils as well as diesel. The nylon cloth reinforcement provides the nitrile with additional anti-tear and flex properties. This results in a material that is incredibly durable and suitable for use in a wide range of applications and environments. This material is available in a range of thicknesses from 1.2mm to 3mm in 1.5m x 10m rolls as standard. We can also produce this product in a variety of formats to suit your specific requirements such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes.
We regularly supply our nitrile coated nylon insertion sheeting for use in a number of diaphragm sealing applications. Common uses include; pumps, valves, gas control equipment and carburettors. However, our nitrile insertion material is also suitable for use as a flexible strip, critical sealing gasket, insulating barrier as well as isolating applications.
